The situation — running a fleet by phone and paper
A transit operator running fleet operations on phone calls, paper forms, and spreadsheets. No live visibility on any vehicle. No way for citizens to track service. Every expansion meant rebuilding the entire workflow from scratch.
Manual fleet operations. Dispatchers coordinated the fleet by phone. No GPS visibility. Route changes required calling each driver individually. Fuel costs spiralling, delays constant, no data to act on.
Zero citizen transparency. Citizens had no way to track service. No live ETAs. Document submission was paper-only and required in-person visits. No digital channel between the operator and the families it served.
Paper-based, unscalable. Driver time-tracking on paper. Document handling manual. No centralised communication channel. Each new route or city required the entire process to be rebuilt. Scaling was physically impossible.

Citizen and parent portal. Dedicated digital portal with real-time vehicle tracking, push notifications, estimated arrival times, and fully digital document submission. Citizens see service live. ETAs are accurate.
Driver mobile app. Centralised app for every driver: live route navigation, real-time communication with dispatch, automated time-tracking, digital document handling. No paper. No phone calls. Everything in one app.
